BUT, OUR IDEA WENT MUCH FURTHER. WITH OUR TYPICAL HUMOUR AND A DOSE OF HUMILITY, WE ALWAYS FIND THE ONE THING OUR PRODUCT CAN’T DO.

THE PROBLEM
Sencor offers the largest range of household appliances in the Czech Republic. But historically the brand suffered from poor quality perception. It was partly caused by inconsistent communication focused on technical features with low production values. Also, there were no clear communication guidelines or unified brand manual.
OUR SOLUTION
We came up with a simple long term idea: The one thing Sencor can’t do. And brought it to life in many executions across many Sencor products, from TVC to online. We have also created comprehensive brand guidelines, including SOME, online and performance banners. After the first year of our campaign, Sencor’s brand awareness grew by 5% (to 96%) while quality attributes have increased by 10% (to 59%).
